Friday June 26th was the opening night for former local artist, Cory Stewart with his first solo show ever in the Comox Valley.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to check out Cory's show. I did manage to get some shots of the mural process and all of his pieces but none during the show.

Cory came in to the cafe on Thursday afternoon for what turned out to be a 12 hour mural session. While he worked on his wall, I painted over the graffiti left over from KOADROCK's instillation during the February show. With the help of cafe co-owner, Sperlin, we finished around 2am.
