Bio::
Derek Stenning is a Vancouver based artist and conceptual designer. Trained in classical animation, Derek has spent the last 10 years working in the animation and video game fields as a production artist.
He is currently working at Next Level Games as a concept designer in the studio's business development/I.P. creation department. The work presented at State of the Art is largely comprised of work from "Entartete Kunst". This personal project was undertaken by Derek to reintroduce himself to "fine art", and to purge himself of his own discriminatory views of the function and utility of purely expressive art.
